Cross-Cultural Event

In a celebration of diversity, our Cross-Cultural Event featured a potluck where students and staff from the Computer Science department showcased dishes from their cultures. The event was enriched with dance and musical performances, making it a truly memorable experience for all who attended.

Friendsgiving

Our annual Friendsgiving event combines the spirit of Thanksgiving with a food donation drive. It’s a time for gratitude and giving, as members of our community come together to share a meal and donate food items to those in need.

Earth Day

This Earth Day, we focused on the intersection of technology and environmentalism. Students presented talks on leveraging AI and machine learning for climate studies, accompanied by a casual lunch of sandwiches. It was an enlightening experience for those interested in tech-driven environmental solutions.

Research Fair

The Research Fair serves as a bridge between students and campus laboratories. Various labs presented their current projects, offering students insights into potential research opportunities and helping labs connect with aspiring researchers.

Regular Events

Tea Time

Join us every Friday at 3:30 PM for Tea Time, a relaxing break from the academic rush. We offer a variety of teas, snacks, and board games. It’s a perfect opportunity to de-stress and socialize at the end of the week.

Bagels and Bytes

Kick off your week with our Monday morning ‘Bagels and Bytes’. We provide bagels, coffee, and a comfortable space to hang out with fellow students before diving into the busy week ahead.

Student Colloquium

Our Student Colloquium is an excellent platform for students to present their research and prepare for future conference presentations. These sessions provide valuable public speaking practice and feedback from peers.
